You can adjust the quantity of an item by changing the quantity and clicking the “Update Cart” button.
If an item has the red Rx with it, the product requires a Veterinarian’s prescription. We will ask your pet’s Veterinarian to approve this product for your pet. The medication may not be appropriate for your Pet’s health condition, weight or species. Safety First!
If the item has “InStore Pick Up Only” listed, the item is too large or heavy to ship, and the order must be picked up at our veterinary hospital. You will be notified via Email when your order is ready for pickup.
If your order has a “Dispensing Fee” column with it, there is a dispensing fee associated with one of the products in your cart. You can click on the “?” next to Dispensing Fee to see an explanation of why we must make this charge.
